1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vivid Meadow Knitworks platform, courses, and community features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post harmful, abusive, or illegal content; harass other members; share copyrighted material without permission; or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, designs, and code are owned by Vivid Meadow Knitworks or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased courses solely for your own learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell course content.

5. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are final except where required by law. We offer a 14-day refund window if you have not completed more than 15% of a course. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vivid Meadow Knitworks is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the account settings page.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
